Windows MapPass Saving/Printing Issues

When you are having trouble saving or printing a map in the MapPass on a Windows system, here are some things to check:

1. Make sure that you are using Internet Explorer 9 or later. You can check this under Help > About Internet Explorer

2. Get the latest Java version. Go to www.java.com and click on 'Do I have Java?' Make sure that Java is verified and you have the latest version

3. Check security/antivirus software on your computer. Software such as AVG or Norton may be blocking access to our servers. This varies on every system, but you will need to check what you have running to see. You can try to disable it temporarily to see if that is causing the issue

4. If this is occurring on specific maps, check your maps for text notes with special symbols such as '&' which may cause printing problems.
